All countries must have flags, period. You can make them yourself, as long as you adhere to these guidelines:
1. The width-to-height ratio of the flag should be 3:2, which corresponds to a flag 200 x 300 pixels, which is a reasonable size.
2. The flag must not contain any nudity, violence, racism, or other prohibited images. Adding an inappropriate flag will result in deletion of your account.
3. Flags should be neat and serious. Please, no jokes, or idiocy, and not too much text.
4. It is reccomended, but not required, that you put your flag in your signature. This lets other leaders know at a glance who you represent.
If you do not want to, or don't have the software to create a flag yourself, PM the admin with a flag request. You can request what features you want on your flag, or you can just have the admin make up the whole thing for you.
IMPORTANT: If you do not have a flag, and do not request one, one will be MADE ANYWAY. The admin will PM you, letting you know that you must either submit a flag, request a flag to be made, or else one will be created by the admin and placed in your nation stats.
